Welcome to my blog!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit! We hope to share with you our journey of raising a child with Achondroplasia, the most common type of dwarfism. If this is your first time here, please start by reading Caitlyn's Story. It will share the beginning of her life with you. Enjoy!

She got a SPARE

Here's a video of Caty playing some Wii Bowling. This was the first time she ever tried this game. She's quite good at Mario Kart - I'll have to get a video of her playing that as well. We were shocked that she actually broke 100! I think we'll just have to try out real bowling now.

Way to go Caty! Caden loves the Wiii bowling ~ but he has a way to go before he is actually pushing the correct buttons!

Caty is just too cute! I am seriously considering breaking down and going after a Wii, like this afternoon - they look like soooo much fun! Real bowling, yeah, we went a couple weeks ago for "Girls Night Out" - um, I got a 72 and a 60. Maybe I should practice on the Wii?

She is super cute!!!! Way to go Caty! Zoe is always playing on our wii, now that she saw Caty playing she wants to have a match with her! She told me I was too easy to beat (I guess I have to brush up on my skills LOL)! She was a bit upset that you all live on the other side of the US!

Do you think we can organize a Wii tournament someday for our kids? They would be so funny together! You should definitely take Caty bowling, it's one of Seamus' favorite activities. I couldn't believe we could rent shoes that small!

We have yet to get a Wii. We are thinking about it as it could be good practice for Ash and her softball. Caty is cute and coordinated.

Very cute!! I love the Wii. It's great for all ages really, even when they don't know what they are doing :) I think she did better then I usually do :)

Caty is so cute!! I love that last photo of her and the video of her playing is adorable - she's so proud! She looks like she would love real bowling too. We have yet to get a Wii, but after reading so many great posts involving the Wii, I think we really need to get one.

My favorite part is when she goes "Ok your turn." So adorable. I love her little jumps. She is just too much. Adorable. I love Caty videos.

The Wii is so much fun! We all love playing it, although Caitlin isn't quite old enough yet to have any idea - but she has to have a remote in her hand as if she's doing something! The best part is if Caty is bowling over 100, she's beating Cherylle most of the time... LOL

Haven't seen your Mii's on Mii parade yet! Are you letting them out to play? LOL

Even though I have lost sound on my computer right now, Caty is still sooooo cute! As for real bowling...there is no way that I would take Tori right now, she'd probably run off down the alley - LOL. BTW - I am thinking that last receipe sounds good, will have to give it ago - Thanks.

OK. If I let Liz watch that, she'll really want a Wii. By the way, how have you been feeling??

Way to go Caty! She does the same thing as Andrea. Letting the button go a little to soon.
