Welcome to my blog!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit! We hope to share with you our journey of raising a child with Achondroplasia, the most common type of dwarfism. If this is your first time here, please start by reading Caitlyn's Story. It will share the beginning of her life with you. Enjoy!

Maui – Honolua Bay

My dad took us for a drive up north from the condo to Honolua Bay.  It sure is beautiful there – as it is every place you go on the island.
We had to take a short hike to get to the bay.  While walking through the “jungle” I also felt like the Smoke Monster from Lost was going to come swooping out of the tree and get us.

Maui – Park time

Wherever we go, we can find a park.  Kinda like, wherever Scott goes, he can find a brewery.

And a few from Caty’s visit to this park back in 2006 – it’s the same park, but newer and better structure

We headed up to the Plantation Course at Kapalua for breakfast and then some pictures.

And back in 2006 when we were there.  Yes, Hanna was wearing the same dress that Caty is wearing in the following pictures.  My mom, recently, found a larger size for Caty to wear this trip over.
